We’d love to help you raise a toast!

Our family-friendly taproom is a popular destination for birthday parties, club meetings, and more. If you don’t want to take a chance with first come, first serve taproom seating, you can rent our private Thunderball Room or opt for a Monday Night Taproom Rental.

Rent The Thunderball Room:

The Thunderball Room is our only reserved seating option.

To book, please review all of the information below and use the reservation form.

  • Cost and Time:

    This room seats 30 people with room for 30-35!

    • We can not accommodate groups over 35.

    Cost: $50/hour Tuesday & Thursday and $100/hour Friday through Sunday. No Wednesday Rentals.

    • A deposit is required to book.

    • The deposit is $50 for weekdays and $100 for weekends and will be applied to your total rental fee.

    • The total rental fee is to be paid the day of your event upon check-in.

    • Your deposit may be refunded upon our team’s review of your event should it not comply with our rental and taproom policies.

    We do not allow renters any early access to the room. Please include set-up time in your total rental as we cannot guarantee access to the room before your selected start time. If you’d like to book an extra half hour for set-up, please include this in the notes section of your reservation form and our event coordinator will do their best to accommodate.

    Additional teardown time may be purchased at a discounted rate of $10.

    Room rental includes exclusive access to the Thunderball Room during your specified time.

    Room Amenities:

    Renters are encouraged to enjoy other taproom amenities but do not get special access or privileges to things like pool tables, cornhole, patio seats, etc.

    The Thunderball Room has one large TV with access to our regularly offered channels & an HDMI hookup.

    Thunderball Room guests have access to one portable speaker and microphone for in-room use only.

    You MUST be 21+ years of age to rent.

    Children in the Thunderball Room must be accompanied by an adult.

    The Thunderball Room will not be rented to any party for political use of any kind. The Eudora staff reserves the right to deny or cancel any private event (with a refund of room deposit) at any time.

  • Thunderball Room rentals do NOT include a server or private bar server.

    • Guests will order all drinks at the bar and Eudora food at the Eudora kitchen

    • Guests are welcome to run a group bar or food tab if so desired. This can be done using a tab names, tickets, or wristbands. Items like tickets and wristbands must be supplied by the renter.

    We do not offer group catering or party-size orders on any Eudora food.

    • Guests are welcome to order from the kitchen on individual or group tabs

    Groups renting the room are permitted to bring commercially prepared food or catering as well.

    • Please try to keep all non-Eudora food inside the Thunderball Room

    • Eudora does not provide plates, utensils, serving items, power, or any other supplies needed for outside food. This is all the responsibility of the renter.

    • Please do not dispose of non-compostable food items in our compost bins!

    *For Sunday Bookings! We are unable to sell wine or cider on Sundays, due to Ohio State Law.

  • Decorations are welcome but we do ask that everything you bring either leaves with you or is disposed of properly.

    • No nails, screws, staples or otherwise are to be used on any surface.

    • Glitter and confetti is not allowed.

    • Please avoid using 3M products, as they are known to pull of paint. Only low-tack tape should be used on the walls, floors, and other surfaces.

    • The cardholder/point of contact may be held liable for any damages incurred during an event

  • Can we stay longer than our initial reservation?

    • If there are no other bookings after your event, you will be given the option to extend your reservation. This will result in an hourly charge for the extra full hour(s) spent in the room

    • If the room is booked, you must exit the room at your selected end time or you may be subject to additional charges

    Do we have extra tables and chairs?

    • No, we are not able to provide extra tables or chairs for Thunderball Room use.

    Can we bring in live music?

    • No, live music and DJs are not permitted in the Thunderball Room due to competing noise in the taproom.

    Does my rental fee include gratuity?

    • No, rental fees do not include a gratuity charge for our bar or kitchen employees.

    Do you have suggested catering?

    • We have seen guests have great success with City BBQ, Chipotle, Firehouse Subs, and similar large-group catering services as well as party trays from DLM, Kroger, Costco, etc.

    • We do NOT suggest private caterers unless they're prepared to bring all food cooked and ready to serve (all serving needs must be handled by the caterer/event organizer )

We suggest at least one week in advance and take all reservations for the room on a first-come, first-serve basis. See below for photos of the space

 

Reserve a Monday Night in the Taproom:

Need a bigger space? Our taproom can seat over 160 people with additional standing and patio space (weather permitting).

  • Monday night rentals include use of the entire taproom and bar service.

    We can NOT provide kitchen service for Monday rentals.

    Cost: $250/hour with a $50 deposit.

  • We will make sure your event is staffed appropriately depending on the size of your party.

    All Eudora beer, wine, canned & bottled options, Gigglewater and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

    • We cannot allow groups to bring in any outside alcohol.

    Catering and commercially prepared food is welcome

    • Any serving dishes, plates, utensils, and other supplies are the responsibilty of the renter and their chosed provider

We require at least two-weeks notice to book and take all Monday night rentals on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

Make a Reservation

Reservations are subject to cancellation (with a refund of deposit) until confirmed by our event team. Booking online ensures that your desired time will not be booked by anyone else while we review your reservation!

 

Fundraisers

Raising money for something awesome? We’ll donate 10% of all taproom sales to your organization!

We offer Fundraiser Happy Hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays for up to THREE hours. We’ll donate 10% of all food and drink sales during your chosen time directly to your organization*.

Hosting Your Fundraiser: Fundraising Happy Hours are not a taproom rental and do not come with guaranteed seating. We will allow fundraiser hosts to save one or two tables for their expected guests if needed. Otherwise, all general taproom policies apply.

If you wish to have additional fundraising efforts during your Happy Hour, please contact our Event Coordinator for approval as some popular fundraising efforts are illegal in bars and breweries.

Once your Happy Hour is over, we’ll need a couple of days to calculate the total. We will contact you a total of approximately 2-4 days after your event.

Marketing Your Event: We are happy to list your event on our social media pages (event creation must be handled by the host organization) and taproom newsletters. Flyers and pamphlets may be added to or left near our private bulletin board in the taproom

Please Note: once you receive your funds and/or make your final donation, we will require a bank record or written communication containing the name of the recipient/organization, the amount, and the date of the contribution.

*We do not host fundraisers for political or religious groups of ANY kind. No exceptions.
