Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take reservations?

No. Outside of our private Thunderball Room, we do not reserve seats or take reservations. We are happy to accommodate large groups who come in to celebrate and enjoy with us, but we do ask that the majority of a party is present if they're going to occupy multiple tables. In other words, one or two people can’t come claim a bunch of tables for their party showing up in an hour. That’s not cool!

What’s your phone number?

Due to a frustrating number of sales and “robo” calls, we decided to get rid of our landline phone. We want our bartenders and other staff members to dedicate 100% of their attention to the customers in our taproom.

Just about everything you may need to know about Eudora is posted on our website, but if you still need to get ahold of us, please use our contact page and we’ll respond ASAP. By the way, we’ve been trying to get ahold of you regarding your vehicle’s extended warranty…

I accidentally left my tab open. Do I need to come back in to close it?

Nope, we automatically close open tabs at the end of the night. As per our company policy, an automatic 20% gratuity is added to tabs that are left open (because our hard-working bartenders deserve tips, whether you closed your tab or not).

Do you have more parking?

Our lot can fill up quickly on Wednesday nights and weekends. We don’t mind when you make an extra spot or two but please be mindful that you’re not blocking anyone in. Eudora is not responsible for cars parked at neighboring businesses or nearby private lots.

  • DO NOT block the back loading area or park in front of a dumpster, or you may be towed.

  • DO NOT park at CVS or you may be towed.

  • Our friendly neighbors at Five Rivers Church (1450 E Dorothy Lane) & Kitchens By Designs (across the street) have kindly offered overflow parking. Please respect their lots and exercise caution while walking and crossing the street.

    • Kitchen By Designs: only after 6pm weeknights and after 4pm weekends.

  • Please check our social media pages during big events such as EudoraFest as we will confirm if these locations or others are viable options.

  • Whenever possible, please consider carpooling with friends or using rideshare services!

I see multiple charges from Eudora on my credit card. What’s up with that?

Don’t worry! Our card processing system runs a test transaction when we open a tab for you. That extra transaction should show as “pending” and never actually charge your card. Please give it a few business days, and if you still see too many charges on your card, contact us using the contact page.

Can we bring our own food?

Outside food and drinks are NOT permitted in the taproom (excluding things like birthday cakes and kid snacks). Guests bringing in outside food and drinks may be asked to finish or discard the items by a Eudora team member. Our kitchen opens at the same time as the taproom and stop serving one hour before close. Check out our killer food menu here.

I don’t like the drinks that you serve. Can I bring my own?

Absolutely not! It is illegal to bring outside alcohol onto brewery premises, including the parking lot (we could lose our liquor license if we allow this). If we catch you with outside alcohol inside, on the patio, or in the parking lot, you’ll be asked to leave the premises. And just to warn you, local police are regularly patrolling the lot to look out for stuff like this so please, don’t do it!

Okay no food or booze, but what about my kids? Can I bring them? Are minors allowed?

We love well-behaved kids! The taproom is family-friendly, but it is not a playground or daycare. We ask that children be supervised by an adult at all times. Letting your kids run around or destroy our stuff is not permitted, and we will let you know if your kids are being a disturbance to other customers. Thank you for your cooperation!

What about my other, four-legged children?

We aren’t legally allowed to let customers sit inside the taproom with their dogs. However, we DO allow well-behaved dogs on the patio and, if you can’t leave them on the patio with someone else, you can temporarily come inside with your pooch to order beer/food before returning to your patio seat.

Is there anything to do there besides eat & drink?

We have two free-play pool tables, cornhole sets and darts as well as pinball and bubble hockey (bring dollars or quarters for those). To retrieve darts, cornhole bags or pool balls, you’ll be asked to leave your ID at the bar. Of course you are also welcome to bring your own cards or board games.

Do you have free WiFi?

You bet! And USB plugs and outlets at the bar. We won’t tell your boss if you don’t.

Do you work with charities or host fundraising events?

We do! At Eudora, we put charitable giving at the heart of our organization; a portion of every sale we make is donated to Charity Water. In addition to our passionate commitment to Charity Water, we offer fundraising groups the option of hosting a happy hour with Eudora on a Tuesday or Thursday during taproom hours, during which Eudora will donate 10% of all food and beverage sales for a maximum of 3 hours. If you would like to partner with us on a taproom fundraiser, please contact us at Abby@EudoraBrewing.com.

Do you have live trivia? Can we reserve a table or call ahead?

We have live trivia every Wednesday night from 7pm to 10pm. No, we do not reserve tables or take call-aheads. Trivia can be very busy, especially on nice days, so please get here early to get a table. Seating is first-come-first-served.

Is your patio open?

Yes, our patio is always open. You’re always welcome to sit out on the patio, rain or shine. However, if you’re sitting on the patio and change your mind, we obviously can’t promise that we’ll have an open table inside. You may have to stand and wait for a table to become available.

We’re having a fundraiser or charity event. Where should I send donation/Sponsorship requests?

We donate thousands of dollars every year to a charity that provides clean water to people in need all over the world. Because of this, we don’t have any room left in our donation budget for local events/fundraisers. The only events that we donate to are events that our current employees are directly involved in. We do not respond to outside requests for money, merchandise, gift cards, etc. for events that we have no connection with. Please do not email us or bother our staff members with requests. Thank you.
